What is a Building Designer?
A building designer is an experienced, qualified, licenced and insured industry professional able to complete building design work and draft plans for council submission and construction.
To be a building designer in Queensland you must hold a Queensland Building And Construction Commission (QBCC) licence.
VBD holds a "Low Rise Building Design" licence no. 15007590.
